Terms and Conditions

*Terms are 60% deposit unless otherwise specified, balance due on completion.
*A 3% charge will be added for customers purchasing services with a credit card.

Warranty:
*Our Products include a limited lifetime residential warranty and a one year limited non-residential warranty. Heritage Closets warrants that the Products you purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the normal lifetime of the Products when used for single-family residential use, and for one year when used for non-residential or commercial use. Heritage Closets will repair or replace any component of the Products you purchased at no charge, if it is defective.

Delay policy:
*Client must provide 48 hours notice to move dates on a scheduled install. $150.00 fee may be assessed if work can not be performed on agreed upon date without prior notice.

Note responsibilities of client for any additional material, labor or contracted work:
*Area must be free and clear of debris and prior shelving for installers to preform specified work.
